Elizabeth is a solicitor qualified in both civil and common law jurisdictions, with over five years’ experience, specialising in family law as well as corporate law, business law and immigration.
Elizabeth has acted in a wide range of family law matters including divorce, property settlements, parenting arrangements, spouse maintenance, and binding financial agreements. She is known for combining strong advocacy with a practical, settlement-focused approach.
Alongside her family law practice, Elizabeth has advised businesses on restructures, partnership disputes, contracts, and major transactions. She has also supported clients in immigration matters, helping individuals and families navigate visa applications and related issues with clarity and care.
Her legal career spans both the Middle East and Australia, giving her a strong international perspective and the ability to handle matters that cross jurisdictions. She is recognised for her strategic thinking, careful preparation, and commitment to achieving the best results for her clients.
Fluent in English, Arabic, and French, Elizabeth works with a wide range of clients and is valued for her ability to provide clear, culturally sensitive advice tailored to individual needs.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor in Laws from the University of Sydney. She has completed her Practical Legal Training at the University of Technology Sydney.
Elizabeth also holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Master’s degree in Laws from Beirut, Lebanon. She was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Outside of work, Elizabeth's greatest joy is being a mother. Her children and family are her highest priority and she values spending quality time with them. She also enjoys travelling, experiencing different cultures and staying engaged with international legal developments.
