Since her admission in 2018, she has developed extensive expertise in Family Law, while also advising clients in Criminal Law, Employment Law and Property-related matters.
Her practice is focused on Family Law, where she advises and represents clients in parenting disputes, property settlements, financial agreements, divorce and separation, child support, enforcement proceedings and other complex family law matters. Recognising that family disputes often involve overlapping legal issues, Cassandra also assists clients where matters intersect with Apprehended Violence Orders (AVOs), criminal proceedings, workplace issues and property transactions, providing strategic and practical advice that addresses the broader picture.
Cassandra regularly appears before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Fair Work Commission, the Local Court of New South Wales and the District Court of New South Wales.
