Peter has practised almost exclusively in family law, representing a diverse range of clients in matters including complex property disputes, contested divorces, children’s issues such as interstate and international relocation and recovery applications, as well as superannuation and financial agreements.
He takes a meticulous and professional approach to every matter, ensuring each case is handled with care and attention to detail.
Peter is dedicated to building strong client relationships by providing clear, practical advice tailored to individual circumstances. He guides clients through complex legal matters with discretion and sensitivity.
In addition to family law, Peter works in business law, handling business transactions including the sale and purchase of businesses across a range of industries. He also advises on franchising agreements. He also prepares wills, ranging from simple to complex, as well as enduring powers of attorney and enduring guardianship documents.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours).
He was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Victoria and holds admissions in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
Outside of work, Peter divides his time between Sydney and Melbourne, enjoying quality moments with family and friends.
He regularly attends Porsche events and track days. He is also a dedicated AFL fan and proudly supports the Carlton Football Club.
