Jennie Siow is an Associate with over 7 years of experience spanning a wide spectrum of matters from small to mid-tier matters through to complex cross-border transactions, and has been practising as a lawyer for more than 3 years. Drawing on her background in litigation, Jennie ensures that her legal advice is not only commercially sound but also structured with the highest level of protection and risk mitigation for her clients.
Her expertise covers corporate, commercial and financial law, where she regularly acts for lenders in financing agreements, and advises client on the acquisition and disposal of companies, businesses and assets.
Jennie’s strength lies in her ability to interpret and manage complex legal frameworks while maintaining a proactive, strategic mindset, making her a reliable advisor to both businesses and individuals.
Having personally been involved in share acquisitions and disposals in two of her previous businesses, she brings a grounded understanding of the challenges clients face when navigating legal processes.

Jennie Siow holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), and continues to be a Legal Academic teaching the applications of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) , Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth), Sale of Goods Act 1923 (NSW) and Australian Consumer Law at UTS.
