Jennie Siow is an Associate with over 7 years of experience spanning a wide spectrum of matters from small to mid-tier matters through to complex cross-border transactions, and has been practising as a lawyer for more than 3 years. Drawing on her background in litigation, Jennie ensures that her legal advice is not only commercially sound but also structured with the highest level of protection and risk mitigation for her clients.
Her expertise covers corporate, commercial and financial law, where she regularly acts for lenders in financing agreements, and advises client on the acquisition and disposal of companies, businesses and assets.
Jennie’s strength lies in her ability to interpret and manage complex legal frameworks while maintaining a proactive, strategic mindset, making her a reliable advisor to both businesses and individuals.
Having personally been involved in share acquisitions and disposals in her two of her previous businesses, she brings a grounded understanding of the challenges clients face when navigating legal processes.

Jennie Siow holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney. During her time in the university, she received the UTS Law Awards for representing the university at the 2022 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot, held in Washington, D.C. She received several UTS awards including the Accomplish Award, SOUL Award and BUILD Program.
Prior to her law degree, she was a recipient of Jeffrey Cheah Academic Excellence Scholarship in Malaysia (2017), and was awarded and recognised as Brunei’s National Excellent Student (2016) for her outstanding academic performance.
In 2023, she was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
When Jennie isn’t drafting contracts, she’s usually tucked away with a good book or tending to her garden.
